Swedish massage helps loosen tight muscles, stretches connective tissues, relieves cramps and muscle spasms, decreases muscle fatigue, loosens joints and improves range of motion, increases muscle strength, sedates the nervous system and stimulates blood circulation firming up muscle and skin tone.

Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that our therapist have other clients to attend, and a form of payment is requested upon booking. There is a refund IF the booking is cancelled with in a 24 hr notice. Thank you for understanding.
