Trigger point therapy interrupts the neural signals that cause both the trigger point and pain, eliminating pain by re-educating the muscles into pain-free habits. Swelling and stiffness of neuromuscular pain is reduced, range of motion is increased, and flexibility and coordination are improved. The therapy can also relieve tension and improve circulation.

Please keep in mind that our therapist have other clients to attend, and a form of payment is requested upon booking. There is a refund IF the booking is cancelled with in a 24 hr notice. Thank you for understanding.
